ABOUT US
Family-Owned. Veteran-Owned.
Built on Accountability.
Roger Kirby started Apex Point in 2025, bringing over 20 years of construction experience, because he was tired of watching homeowners get let down by contractors who subcontracted the work, pocketed the margin, and disappeared when things went wrong. This is how we’re different.
Our Commitment to North Texas Homeowners and Businesses
Apex Point Services was built on a simple belief: clients deserve a contractor who communicates honestly, shows up dependably, and delivers quality work without inflating prices. That belief drives every decision we make — from how we estimate projects to how we close them out.
Our team brings experience across residential construction, commercial construction, roofing, remodeling, and property improvements. We handle scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and communication so clients can focus on their goals — not project management headaches.
We are proud to serve communities across Dallas-Fort Worth, Rockwall County, Collin County, Kaufman County, and Hunt County. Every client and every project gets our full commitment to quality, follow-through, and long-term relationship.
THE FOUNDING STORY
We Started This Because Homeowners Deserve Better.
With over 20 years in construction and military service, Roger Kirby learned what accountability actually looks like — not as a concept, but as a daily standard. After getting out and starting in construction, he kept seeing the same problem: subcontracted work burned homeowners across North Texas, poor craftsmanship went unchecked, and contractors vanished once the check cleared.
The pattern was always the same — a general contractor takes the job, farms the real work out to whoever is cheapest, and nobody is truly accountable for the finished product. As a result: cracked finishes, leaky roofs patched instead of fixed, and work that looked done from the street but couldn’t hold up through a Texas summer, let alone hail season.
Roger knew how to do it differently. Because of his Army background, he understood one thing clearly: standards aren’t negotiable, and you don’t hand off accountability just because something gets difficult. As a result, in 2025 he built Apex Point from the ground up. He rooted it in Hunt County, with a base in Garland, and set out to serve the communities across North Texas and East Texas where he knows the land, the weather, and the people.
WHO WE ARE
Roger Kirby — Founder & Owner
U.S. Army Veteran
Roger served in the U.S. Army and carried the military’s standard of accountability directly into how Apex Point operates. He keeps schedules. He inspects work before signing off. When something isn’t right, he fixes it — not because anyone demands it, but because that’s the only standard he accepts.
Hunt County Local
Roger is rooted in Hunt County with a location in Garland. These aren’t just service areas on a map — they’re home. Additionally, he built this company to serve the communities he lives in, and that personal connection shows up in every job he takes.
Roger is hands-on at every level — from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. Furthermore, he doesn’t manage projects from a distance, and he doesn’t pass accountability down a subcontracting chain. In short, Apex Point is a family business in the truest sense — Roger puts his name on every job he takes.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
We Don’t Subcontract Our Quality Out.
The entire reason Apex Point exists is because Roger watched subcontracting chains dilute craftsmanship until nobody was truly accountable for what the homeowner ended up with. Therefore, we built our model the opposite way — direct oversight, consistent crews, and someone with real skin in the game on every project.
One Real Point of Contact
You reach Roger or our core team directly. In fact, you don’t get bounced around, and communication never goes quiet mid-project.
The Standard Doesn’t Flex
Army discipline isn’t a marketing line here. We don’t sign off on work that isn’t right — instead, we’d rather have an honest conversation about scope upfront than explain poor results after the fact.
We Know What Texas Does to Buildings
Specifically, Hunt County, Garland, Rockwall, and the whole DFW corridor face hail, heat, wind, and fast construction that create predictable problems. We plan for them from the start, not after they show up.
We’re Building a Reputation, Not a Volume
Above all, we work in communities we live in. That matters to us in ways that show up in the work — in the materials we specify, the crews we put on jobs, and the details we don’t skip.
Ready to Talk?
So if you have a construction, roofing, or remodeling project in North Texas or East Texas, let’s have a real conversation about what it takes to get it done right.
